一、清除工序，就是清除焊渣 鐵藝大門(mén)的焊接部位較多，必須認(rèn)真清除每個(gè)焊接部位的焊渣。先用板銼或扁鐵敲打除渣，然后用磨光機(jī)和砂布打磨焊縫，使其平滑。對(duì)飛濺到其他部位的焊渣也要順勢(shì)清除干凈。

1、 The cleaning process is to remove welding slag from the welding parts of the iron gate, and it is necessary to carefully remove the welding slag from each welding part. 三、打磨工序，打磨原子灰 干透后，用磨光機(jī)和砂布全面打磨大門(mén)的各個(gè)組件，尤其是涂抹原子灰的部位更要磨光。

3、 The polishing process involves using a polishing machine and sanding cloth to thoroughly polish all components of the gate after the atomic ash has dried, especially the areas coated with atomic ash.

四、噴涂工序，鐵藝大門(mén)在噴漆 噴漆前，用濕布全面擦凈鐵藝大門(mén)的各個(gè)部位，不能留有灰塵等。然后第一道給鐵藝大門(mén)噴防銹漆，干透再?lài)娨槐椋赏高€要再?lài)娨槐?，漆膜干透后噴三遍自己喜歡的漆，最后噴一道清漆。注意不能有漏噴部位，也不能產(chǎn)生流掛等缺陷。個(gè)別細(xì)微處可用刷子刷涂補(bǔ)漆。
